Change Email Addresses in Alertactions table using Database Manager v9.1

I need to change all instanses of for instance john.doe@doe.com to john.doe@johndoe.com. This is the recipient of the alerts. I notice that they appear in the alertaction table in the title and the target columns. Does anyone know how to change the data in the database using the Solarwinds Database Manager or even the MS SQL syntax for changing it with query analyser? There are multiple recipients but all must be changed.
