We are getting the below error message .It is new installation.What needs to be enabled to resolve the below issue.

Most of the chart is like this ,sometimes i can see the data after that getting the above error
If you are on the NTA summary page and the charts show no data then you are not collecting netflow data for the last hour. Have you configured your routers to send netflow data to the collector? If some devices work and others don't then that would be a fairly clear indicator that the devices that don't work have not been set up correctly on their end in their CLI. If none of them work then maybe your netflow collector service is not running.
I would say your best bet is to start with this section of the admin guide for NTA and make sure you have everything in place.

If you go through that and are still unable to proceed then you should open a ticket with support.
