I would also like to see ASA DHCP support in IPAM. We have customers that would adopt IPAM and additional Orion products, but use ASA platforms for their DHCP at small remote sites. This lack of capability is a critical roadblock for adoption.
This would be a positive thing for sure and I could use it as well but honestly I would like to see more focus on the current tool in general before time is spent on adding function.
I rather have 2 wrenches , 1 for standard and 1 for metric, that work well on their respective types than 1 that works only so-so on both.
I would like to see this as well, along with ios switch support. Dhcp snooping integration on IOS devices would be nice as well.
Donald, I do agree some basic features are needed, I've read through your's and a couple other basic feature request posts, obviously if you have a more static/smaller environment you lean towards the wiz bang feature adds more than the basic functional ones.
Another vote for ASA support. We have 100's of remote locations that use their ASA for DHCP purposes.
Another vote for ASA support here. We are starting to deploy them to remote locations for DHCP purposes too.
We need it in our network.
Hi,
all who needs Cisco ASA DHCP support - check out our What we are working on post IPAM 3.0
Is the ASA DHCP monitoring enough or you need CISCO ASA DHCP management?
