Active/active cluster monitoring

Does anyone know of a way to monitor a cluster resource group and make sure it's running on a specific node in an active/active cluster? we have an active/active file cluster and I would like to make sure the 2 resource groups are split evenly across the cluster and running on a specific node IE

Physical server1 – resource group 1

Physical server2 – resource group 2

That’s how I currently have it setup. the problem I'm trying to solve is how to know when one of the 2 cluster resources is running on a different node. We use DFRS and it’s not cluster aware so if the resource that has the replicated shares fails over to the other node replication fails. Basically I need to know when resource a isn’t running on server a

Hi All,

I have same kind of query.

I want to have message send to us when special hosting service failover from one node to another node

For example, cluster service “XYZ” is running on Node A, and I want to be noticed when it's failover to Node B.
