UnDP - Node Grouping Criteria

The help for the UnDP indicates that custom properties can be used in the Node Grouping criteria when listing All Nodes (something I really need to use). However, in my drop down list I don't see any of my custom properties.

Was this a feature that was dropped or do I have a bug??

I see an issue with Custom Properties and the UnDP as well. I can see my custom properties in the Node Grouping drop down menu, but when I try to select one I get an error that says:

"An item with the same key has already been added". The property I selected is a Yes/No value.

That feature is definitely in there. However, we'll only show custom properties that are nodes. If you're having a problem please open a support ticket and send in diagnostics so we can invetigate further.

borgan, that's definitely a problem you shouldn't be having. Please open a support ticket and send diagnostics. Let support know I asked you to open the ticket(so it should get routed back to me a little quicker).

Thanks Casey, I don't see my custom properties - I'll open a case.

Another UnDP question if I may...

When I assign pollers, it doesn't seem to select the devices that are already assigned to the poller (i.e. when I just want to add some devices). It seems that the selection list completely replaces the nodes that were previously assigned to the poller.

Is this by design?

How do you solved it? I have exactly the same problem, some custom properties work, others don't

Open up the Custom Property Editor and make sure your yes/no properties all have a value set. Once that's done, try reopening the UnDP.

If that doesn't clear up the issue, I'd open a support ticket.
