I'm getting 133% Transmit and 226% Receive on a Tunnel interface on a Hub router. Is this something to be concerned about? Is the Interface being over "utilized".

I would personally even if the concept makes one proud of his network, that usually does not reflect the reality.
Are the Transmit and Receive Bandwidth values in Orion matching the real bandwidth capability of that Tunnel?
Open System Manager
Right-Click on the interface and Select Interface Details.
Set Custom values if it does not match the bandwidth capability of the tunnel.
