Is there a way to show on the network map how to show the connections between many locations, whether it is a point to point or site to site?
Please email me back at kevin_armentrout@learningtree.com
Thanks

Wouldn't point-to-point and site-to-site be the same? And what type of devices are you monitoring: VPN concentrators, firewalls with VPN features, routers with VPN features, mobile clients, etc.?
Generally speaking, if it's available as a standard or custom MIB, there is usually a way to show it in MapMaker. Sometimes it takes a little front end work, though.
Yes they would be the same however not everyone I speak to realizes this so I state the obvious. Sorry.
I am merely wanting to map the PIX/ASA with VPN tunnels.
I have downloaded a few MIB's but I am trying to figure out how to upload them.
Any help?
I haven't found a product yet that isn't covered with the already installed MIBs, including some fairly obscure microwave systems. Orion doesn't support importing custom MIBs into the existing database from what I've read...but I've never had a need to try it, either.
Are you familiar with Custom MIB Pollers and how to set them up? Check the Admin guide for details, along with some threads here in the support forums. Once you've set those up, the fields you're looking for should be available to add in MapMaker.
this may help too...
