SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor 9.5 SLX keeps trying to install

Hello,

I have an issue where any window I open in Performance Monitor results in an installation box starting that wants to install SolarWinds Orion Nework Performance Monitor 9.5 SLX even though it is currently installed and working. To finally get to the Performance Monitor to open or any other window to open, I have to cancel the install about 10 times. This doesn't make Performance Monitor the most user friendly app right now. From what I can conclude, no changes have been made to the SolarWinds of the host, and this "just started" out of the blue. If I allow SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor 9.5 SLX to install, it want a path that does not exist and will not allow me to point it to a different path where the install bits might be. It appears that it's just stuck in this install mode with no option to stop it or complete the install. Is there anything I can do to stop this behavior?

It sounds like it is trying to install the Engineers Toolset integration active-x component. For the account in question, go to the Admin section of the web console and in account management edit the account and ensure toolset integration is set to no or disabled. That should clear this up, if not let me know.

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately, this doesn't fix the issue. I disabled the toolset integration for my account and then closed and logged off, just to be safe. When I log back in and launch System Manager, I get prompted to install the SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor 9.5 SLX bits.
