Serial interface clocking

I am in the process of configuring Solarwinds for my network. I have a Cisco 3825 router that was showing CRCs, slips, and errored seconds on a private line T1. After a quick call to the telco, I found that I had to set clocking on the router, as the telco is not providing clocking on the T1. After setting the clocking to internal, the interface came up as unknown on Solarwinds. Has anyone else had this problem that could suggest a possible solution?

I figured it out. My polling engine is down, and I didn't realize it. This is my first Solarwinds since version 7, so I'm still getting used to the differences.

have you tried to use System Manager to navigate to the router, delete that interface, perform List Resources, re-add the interface then right click the router and do Node Refresh?

my guess it lost the Interface index and just needs a rediscovery on that one interface.

and if that interface is showing up with the blue question-mark (unknown) then it may need be deleted before doing your List Resources.
