Website migration

All,
We are currently running orion 6.4 on a server which is becoming a bit old. In the near future we will install Orion 7.0 on a brand new server.
We are running the orion 6.4 Database on a separate server so the migration from 6.4 to 7.0 should not be a problem.
On the other hand, we have setup a quite complex web site with a lot of maps and we are now wondering how we could migrate this website to the new server running Orion 7.0.
Any advice on the best way to achieve this migration?
