Accounts missing from NPM Manage Accounts Page

When I go to Manage Accounts page in NPM after I login as administrator, I don't see any of the accounts that were created.

When I query the SQL database for the AccountsList table, all the created accounts are still in there. I am not experiencing any problems with users logining onto NPM either. I checked folder permissions and everything looks okay.

I've searched and searched for a resolution but haven't being able to find any. Please help. Thanks.

I was finally able to fix the issue. I ended up deleting all the accounts in SolarWinds, rebooting the server and re-adding the accounts.

Do the accounts show up under Account List in the web admin interface? What version are you using?

Nope. They don't show up in the Account List. We are using NPM 9.5 SP 4. What do you think?

When did it last work, previous 9.5 SP? Have you tried re-running the configuration wizard?

It worked for a while after the SP4 update. Came in one morning after that and noticed the problem.

I just ran the configuration wizard and I'm still having the same issue. I've attached a screenshots of the Account management pages. I'm not sure if it will help but it's worth a shot.
