Multicast Routing configuration?

I am looking for any information or documentation about Multicast Routing, and how Solarwinds creates these groups? Can someone here help me?

I personally only found things that are around 4-5 years old.

Rant:

I personally am jaded by Solarwinds Support, I was had a case with them for a month, and the answer was we "just confirmed that it is something wrong with Multicast routing/Topology, You can Turn it off"

I asked them many times what is it that it is actually recording, What is it used for? how to configure it? "You can turn it off an on a node." Do you have any documentation on Multicast Routing? "Shows page where to turn off an on for a node."

Support is good for getting you back up and running, Which is about 90% of the cases but for something like performance questions they really do suck.
