Custom Property Editor Run-time Error

I just recently re-installed Orion NPM, NCM & APM on a new VM. When I run the Custom Property Editor, I receive the following error, "Run-time error '75': Path/File access error". I checked permissions on the executable and don't see any issue. Anyone ever seen this before?

I did try that, but unfortunately it didn't work. Earlier today I rebooted the server and that appears to have cleared up this problem. Thanks for your assistance.

You can use Process Explorer from MS (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx) to determine what is possibly locking that app.

Click the Find menu and select Find Handle or DLL... Type the file name and click the Search button. You should see the list of applications which are accessing the file.

Now you can stop/restart the process and release the file. Please let us know the results.

There were several handles on CustomPropertyEditor.exe. After closing each, I am still getting the same error message.

Is this server 2k8? if so You have to right click and RUNAS local administrator to give it the extra permission needed.
