Getting newly created EOC user accounts to not display as a FullName

Hello.

I'm trying to add a user by importing from Windows. I've listed the username, domain, and credentials to access the domain. After selecting search, the user is discovered, and the returned results are FullName and Domain. How can I get the user account to create as a username and not the person's Full Name. For example, FullName is John Smith. EOC would create an account named John Smith, instead of the using the domain username of jsmith.

How do I get EOC to discover the username and not the FullName?

Please advise.

To help me understand, why do you want to add the username?

Currently, EOC adds users based on their Windows Account ID. It is actually not adding based on the FullName or the username. We only display the FullName to make it more readable.

Ah, maybe I misunderstood. When I added a user, the username displayed as FullName. I didn't realize that was done to make it more readable. I incorrectly assumed the FullName was the login ID needed to log into EOC. I want EOC accounts to be the same as the windows accounts, and you've confirmed that is in fact the case. Thanks for clearing that up for me. Now I know the windows account ID is the login ID for EOC.
