NOC view won't work

I created a noc view and it does not work anymore.

There are no circles to indicate the number of pages that are associated with this view.

Everything that is supposed to be checked is checked as far as I can tell.

Anyone else ever run into this or how did you resolve it.

Is this only on new ones as looking at an existing one I have it shows the circles

also are you uptotodate on software?

also created one from scratch on new one and works ok?

It's on the new one I just created (again). They were on the first go round of it

Have you tried a reboot since upgrade I had too. Randomly my main poller decided it wasn’t polling anything even in the licensing page looked like a fresh install all on 0%.

reboot fixed no issues since.

i have the npm hotfix installed even Though it didn’t fix what it said I would with the alert variables. Do you have it?

Do you have the hotfix for NPM 12.2? It was just recently released, and if I remember correctly it addresses something related to NOC views. I would also suggest stopping/starting your services just to see if that helps. Did you make any changes to any files within SolarWinds or the website? I remember breaking these dots after messing with a .css file

I have not upgraded to NPM 12.2 yet.

This actually sounds familiar. I think I had this same issue, I would double check with support to see if it's a recognized bug.
