APM Advanced Alert - Service or Template

Hello.

Would someone mind giving me an example of a trigger condition for when a single Windows service fails? I think I see how to trigger if ALL fail, but what if I just wanted to trigger on a service called, for example, "WindowsService"? What about if you wanted to trigger for a whole APM Template?

Here's a screenshot of an trigger condition that will fire when any service, process, port monitor or user experience monitor shows a status of "down" for the application "Microsoft Exchange" unless the node is in an "unmanaged" state.
 
Below is an example of my Microsoft Exchange application monitor. The alert in the screenshot will trigger when any of monitors defined in the application are down.
