Reset Alert When Different Alert Triggered

Hi everyone,

When a node goes down, it triggers two alerts for each node - a high packet loss alert and a node down alert.

I would like to be able to reset the high packet loss alert when the node down alert is triggered so that only one alert is active for a node that is down.

Nothing I've found so far seems to do it... has anyone else had this and come up with a solution?

Why dont you add a second condition to the High loss alert to only alert if the node is status up. Once the node goes down the reset alert trigger should fire and clear the alert
