Did the status unknown and other on an applications affects to avability of the component

I have  problem, my SLA´S are measured by the avability and performance of nodes and applications

well I had a problem in a application there a status of unknown, thats mean that the  avability of one day is altered by this status

Hello.

That probably happened because the node (server) was set to Maintenance Mode.

This results in the "other" status with blue colour on the application availability widget.

I don't know of a way to trick Orion to show 100% availability (by excluding the "other" status).
