Advanced Alerts and Custom Pollers Stats Collection Stopped Working

I am having an issue with NPM SLX 8.5.1 with the latest service pack and hot fixes. The other day I shut the server down to install additional memory and ever since, email alerts (possibly any, I only have email alerts at this time) and collection of custom MIB poller statistics no longer work.

All other functions seem to be working without issue. Has anyone see this before? Any help is appreciated.

Upon further investigation, I am seeing quite a few erorrs in the Application events log. It is from MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS and the error is:

Login failed for user 'SolarWindsNPM'. [CLIENT: <local machine>]. This error did not start appearing in the log until after the reboot of the server and very well could be the cause of the issue. Unfortuately I am not sure where to go from here as far as fixing the issue.

Does anyone know where I would change the password that SolarWinds uses to connect to the SQL Database? I reset it on the SQL side but now SW will not connect to it at all and as such, I am unable to access the web portal or system manager,

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would recommend re-running the Orion configuration Wizard.

Thank you for the reply. I found another post that mentioned changing the password in the SolarWindsNPM.db file which I did. That fixed the issue with nothing working, however, the original issue remains.
