Cannot see syslog from website

I am not able to see the syslogs of certain devices from the Orion website. If I open Syslog Viewer and search the DB from there I can see the data though. I just can't see it from the website.
I am also seeing the following in my eventlog.
Error adding Message to the Syslog table!
Error Details -Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
This error is probably related to the DB timeouts I have already posted about and am still waiting for support to help resolve, but don't see why this would effect viewing the syslog events that do make it to the DB from Orion.
