Errors when setting up Orion NPM Website

I am running Orion NPM SLX and the error I get is after the Configuration Wizards is done, I get a error that the Webpage cannot be found. I have typed in the correct IP, and there is no other websites set up on the server. The only resolve for this is to use a xml that was saved of the website prior.

I assumed that when I reran the Wizard I would have the option to recreate the Map and settings on the Website. Like a fresh install. This does not seem to be the case.

Any idea's...

I'm currently having a similar problem this was a partial solution for me so it might help yourself.

You might have already tried this but in IIS under the folder "websites" on the left-hand side you should see the Solarwinds Netperfmon site.It should be the only site in there.

If it's not make sure that the other sites are not sharing the same TCP port as the orion website. you can check this by right-mouse clicking on the site and entering properties. Under "website identification" you can pick which port the site uses.

This is as far as I got with IIS so if this doesn't work for you the only other thing I could possibly think of is an separate problem we had a while back when we upgraded to SP3. The cause of the problem was that the Ajax extensions wouldn't install with the upgrade but you would have known if that was the issue as you would have received the errors during installation/upgrade. btw, the solution for that was just to manual;y install the extensions.
