Create custom MIB/Poller to Monitor Windows Service ie: Netlogon or SQL Server Service

Looking to create a custom MIB / Poller that can monitor a particular Windows service like "Netlogon" or "Print Spooler". Is this a matter of creating a custom MIB/Poller? Not sure where to begin.

Any suggestion would be great.

You need APM to monitor services. Once you have it then it's easy to find and monitor services.
