Suggested Active Directory Groups

I am curious to see how the community is using Active Directory groups in Orion. I know the basic Orion_User and Orion_Admins but how deep are you getting to creating and assigning roles and permissions to the groups?

Basically one per support team, for UI purposes mainly, plus an Admins group
