Product Evaluation Expired Banner Appeared

The banner just showed up in our new environment. We cut-over to this one about 40 days ago and moved our APE licenses over at that time. Everything looked great, then yesterday this banner showed up. I don't understand why this is showing up because this evaluation has been expired since 2018 and isn't even assigned to a system. Documentation says that it should showed expired on the license list, but mentions nothing about the banner. I have management asking about this banner and I am at a loss why it appeared and how to get rid of it. I have tried rebooting the main poller to restart all services, but it still hasn't cleared it.

Screenshot when I click the banner - it says evaluation ending, but it has already ended.

When I go to license manager, it shows it expired in 2018.

cobrien I opened a ticket and was told that this was a feature and it can't be removed. I don't understand how it just randomly appeared yesterday evening when that product has been expired for almost a year.

I've had this banner, and I've got an expired Orion Scalability Engine Evaluation Core (Installed Version 2018.2.5200.5660) showing in my license manager. I no longer have the banner.

Cannot for the life of me remember if I did anything specific to get rid of it.

Do you remember if you opened a ticket for it? Ticket contents should be archived on your portal if you think you worked with support to get it to go away.

Nothing obvious in my ticket history there, I'll let you know if I find/recall anything useful though. There was a fair bit of fixing to do post-patch day at the time, but it's been most of a year now.

Does anyone have any ideas? I inspected the bar and found when I delete this through Chrome's Developer Tools, it removes it. Is there anyway to add something to a shared style sheet that would just hide the banner or comment out the line of web code that makes the evalMsg even appear.
