Best Way to Handle Multiple Customers

Question

Hi,

I work for a medium size Telco down here in Australia and we have been using Solarwinds with one of our major customers for the last 6 months with some great results.

The things we really like are the preconfiguration of the Web page, Database etc - makes it really easy to use.

We want to take this to the next level and puch Solariwnds management out to multiple customers - what I am trying to determine is the best way to do this - which brings up three questions:

1. Is it better to go with seperate systems for each customer ?
2. Or do I go SLX with remote pollers - if someone cna explain to me how the remote pollers work it owuld be great ?
3. Where can I get an eval of orion Systems Manager ?
