9.5 - Node name not updating

We are in process of upgrading Cisco switches and notice that even with the DNS and system names updated the node name you see does not update. Rediscovery happens every 180 minutes too.

It's probably me...but what am I missing?

There's not an eary or direct way of doing it. Your not missing anything.

It has to be done with a SQL script. But its not that hard. In the following forum, I have pasted code to rename the node witht eh system name. Also, just below that, I have pasted code that will remove the domani names from the node name as well.
