Node status Icon flashes gray box after removing applications in an unknown state

In Orion NPM, I have several nodes that had applications that were in an unknown state and removed the applications from the nodes.  The Node status icon still shows a flashing gray box though.  How do I stop this?  Is this a bug? SolarWinds Orion Core 2010.2.1 SP1, APM 4.0.1, NPM 10.1.1 SP1, IVIM 1.0.0

Odd it should stop.  If you hover over what does it say is unknown?  Did you try bouncing the Orion service?
