Does NPM support Reliable Delivery for syslog (RFC3195)?

Hi

Can anyone tell me if Solarwinds NPM supports Reliable Delivery for syslog as defined in RFC3195 and Blocks Extensible Exchange Protocol (BEEP)?

If not, is there any chance it will in the future?
