Can't upgrade to 9.1 from 9.0 (incompatible module)

I just opened a ticket about this but who knows when will get a response from customer service.

Installer is stating that it can't proceed with the 9.1 upgrade because of an incompatible/old version of a module. I only have VOIP and I have already upgraded that to 2.0 SP3. I remember testing APM and NTA demoes months ago. APM does not show up in Control Panel/Add Remove. NTA does but it complains about not finding the MSI file (which exists in the folder that is specifies) during the uninstalltion.

Is there a manual way of uninstalling these demoes so that I can upgrade to 9.1?
