polling times and reporting

I'm evaluating Orion 7 on a few elements, a couple win2k servers and a couple Cisco routers.
Even though I set the polling times for 5 minutes or 1 minute, the data resolution is never better than 10 minutes.
Is this a limitation in the evaluation version or is once in 10 minutes the maximum resolution possible?

You should be able to get into graphs as granular as 5 minutes. Data taken at lower intervals will show up as a min/max/average point and bar graph instead of as a data point.

One thing you need to bear in mind is that if you change any of the intervals from the system manager, you need to click the button which allows you to apply the settings to all points. Otherwise, the changes won't take effect.
