Node down alert: How to make emails continuous?

I've noticed that when a node goes down I get an email, as I should.  Is it possible to have emails keep going out every X minutes? I didn't see an option for this.

You should be able to configure this in the alert.  When you have the email settings for your alert open there is a tab called Alert Escalation.
