alert actions

any body know how to configure alert actions(like popup message)to repeat periodicaly (like every 10 minutes) until the alert resets.

The current Alert Engine does not support recurring alarms.
The version 8 (in development now) Alert Engine supports recurring alarms, escalation, and many other features.
