Nodes and Interfaces duplicate appears

My NPM version is 12.5 and I've created 3 additional pollers. 600 nodes imported via a scripts as snmp but there is a problem. All snmp nodes appear as duplicated in node management (old node management) but the new manage entities page has no problem.

Also, all interfaces in these nodes are duplicated in "Current Percent Utilization of Each Interface" (for example ethernet1 repeated 3 times). More investigation shows me that this happens only for snmp nodes and ICMP nodes have no problem. The total number of duplicated is the number of additional pollers. For example, I have 3 additional pollers, so each snmp nodes repeated 3 times.

I executed a query in the database to show me the duplicated nodes but it returns nothing.

How can I resolve this issue?

I created more additional pollers up to 7 to check this issue and unfortunately the issue remains.

I attached some screen shot to figure out the problem.

The first snapshot shows the repeated node name that added as snmp.

The second snapshot shows the repeated interface name.

The third snapshot shows the new manage entity page that has no problem.

alexferg When seeing the list of duplicated nodes on the manage screen, do each of the duplicates have a different nodeid, or are they all the same? (Hover over each node and you will see the nodeid in the url)

Also, what happens if you move just one of those duplicate nodes over to a different poller? Do they all move, or just the one?

You said you imported 600 nodes via a script.

Where were these nodes imported from?

Have you successfully used this script before, or was this the first time it was used?

How were the nodes to be imported selected for the script (custom property, name, ip, etc...)?

Without knowing a bit more about the script used, I'd probably start looking through the script first to make sure it wasn't doing anything weird.

Did you verify all 600 nodes imported actually exist, as well as 1800 duplicates? (on the manage nodes page)

Does this happen only on your login/computer/browser, or does it happen the same for other users too? Have you cleared your cache or rebooted? (not that I think this will really make a difference, just checking the boxes of things to do...)
