Trouble adding report to Summary Home view

In the past I was able to add a report from Orion Report Writer to my Summary Home view through the Settings option. For some reason I'm not able to do it now because when I try to set it up the editor doesn't show a list of reports to choose from in the drop-down menu. What's changed since I did this previously is that we moved our NPM SQL database from an old server to a new VM on a different server. Would that maybe be the cause of my problem? If so, any advice on how to correct it?

Have you copied your reports from the old installation to the new installation?

To copy your reports:

On the old server, copy your custom reports located in the \Orion\Reports folder.
Paste these reports into the Orion\Reports folder on the new server.

Hi, Andrew - I haven't done that, reason being, we've always had our Orion products installed on a dedicated server with the SQL database on a different server. We moved the DB from one server to another, but the reports have always been stored on the Orion server, so I figured they'd still be accessible from their original location. Do they need to reside on the server that holds the SQL DB?

Now that I've read your post correctly... You're right. If you haven't moved your primary Orion server, your reports should still be available. Please submit a technical support ticket so we can look at your current environment to track down the issue.

If we are able to resolve it, could you post back here with the solution?

Hi, Andrew - I did open up a ticket with support as you suggested and they were able to show me what I needed to do very quickly. Turns out I hadn't set the path for the Reports folder in my account settings. Once I did that, the became available.
