Orion Website error - "Unexpected Error; quitting"

Hello,

Our users are running locked down PC's. They do not have admin rights locally.

When they login to the Orion web-site they get an error "Unexpected Error; quitting". The error occurs repeatedly.

Once an Admin users has logged onto that PC and accessed the website, the error disappears thereafter for all users.

Does anyone know exactly what Orion is trying to copy/run on the local PC's as I need to package it for these users

If you delete and add a user does this still occur? Which version of Orion? SP1?

Using SP1. Users are irrelevant but yes I have removed and re-created users.

It's what the site is downloading to the PC seems to be the problem. Just need to know what activx controls or whatever is downloaded through the browser to the PC

It's the Toolset browser integration. Turn off
“Allow Browser Integration” and see if that suppresses the ActiveX control from trying to download-

Mark - I'd like to submit this as a feature request:

Have toolset integration turned off as the default.

I have over 50 user accounts & find it very tedious unchecking 45 of them - one at a time, everytime I upgrade or move my Orion server.
Not many companies that can afford a toolset license for every Orion user.
