Sorry if this is the wrong forum .. please feel free to redirect me to the right one.
I have a system that went down recently and while I see events posted for the system going down .. my alert that I configured and seems to work on other devices .. didn't fire for this device.
The alert that has served me so well .. that didn't fire is simply this:
So there must be a fundamental difference here between "Events" and "Triggered Alerts" .. is there any way to fire an action, directly from an Event?
Or is there something wrong with my Trigger condition that would have caught this?
