Network utilization for Paloalto firewall not visible in Solarwinds Altas

Hi Team,

We have recently purchased solarwinds network performance monitoring, we were trying to draw our network topology and the L2- L3 link utilisation using Atlas. We have manage to get the link utilisation for Cisco devices but, can't get for custom interfaces and paloalto firewall interfaces.
