Reporting help for column format

I need some help with reporting.... Is it possible to generate a running availability report over time? I can do so, but it just generates the list of data over again by month, where it would be ideal to put it in a column for each month...

Current Report:_________________
Month1
Site1       xx%
Site2       xx%
Month2
Site1       xx%
Site2       xx%

Ideal Report_________________
Site       Month1       Month2
Site1      xxx%           xxx%
Site2      xxx%           xxx%

Is this possible without using some other tool such as Crystal Reports? If not, can anybody provide some templates or samples for doing this kind of thing in Crystal as I have no working knowledge, but at least access to an install.
