What's 95th Percentile ?

Hi everybody !
I'm Administrator SolarWinds in my Workplaces.

I need to know that percentile means "95th" that appears in the use graph of the connections. And also if this can be modified... I thank for the aid. PS: also in which it leaves from the manual it deals with this subject.
