ii have installed realtime netflow but the configuration does not come in effect

ii have installed realtime netflow but the configuration does not come in effect.I can configure my router with it but the configuration does not work.I can see the cumulative data but not by host basis.I

think there is no SNMP connectivity to it.Can anyone please help me how to enable SNMP.though i have opened port 161.
