Report Writer Tuning - Business Hours - Filtering Results

Greetings, im trying to create a report that looks at the average utilization of an interface over the period of 30 days but between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00.

I've created the report successfully however report writer appears to be ignoring my filter and returning results from all nodes in the database rather than the specific interface ID's that i have selected.

I think the problem is to do with the time range in that i have specified the filter to match on "ANY" however If i try to match on "ALL" conditions the query returns no results. (Screenshot Attached)

Any assistance would be appreciated

The report produced by the procedure in this kb article (SolarWinds Knowledge Base :: How do I generate a monthly average utilization report for all devices on my network that only shows data for peak business hours (e.g. 8:00AM to 7:00PM)) should point you in the right direction.

That doesn't seem to be working for me. I have tried a few different reports using report writer. Anytime I enable the time fields it works in report writer but from the web GUI I get No Activity to Report. If I uncheck the time constraints the report shows data.

Any ideas?

I have tried it on several reports to put a time frame on show the same results. Even created one from scratch following the steps from the above article. They will work in report writer but if you try and view it from the web you get no activity to report error. I think it has something to do with the time formatting as it seems to work with filters for Mon-Fri. Maybe something with the latest ver 10.6.1 looks at something differently.

It is easy to reproduce, just follow the steps from the above link. Or modify an existing report.
