Can you unmanage node with out Admin rights

I am curious if it possible to allow users to unmanage nodes without allowing them to be admins on the console?

NPM 11.5 introduced a new user right to decouple unmanage role from node management rights. If you haven't upgraded yet - the installer is available in your customer portal
