Hello.

i have two linked sites, I had create both of the site1 & 2 maps and added allodes,

Is it possible to create and general map contains for ex. site1 -- site 2, then when you click on site1 the site1 map will generate allowing you to browsed in more details, versa for site 2  /

Yes this is possible. Basically you would just create the two site maps, and then the general map you just drag and drop the site maps as if they were a Node onto the map.
