Managing Hardware Sensors in a Group on SW Home Page

Hello Everyone, I've been tasked with creating an Alert Group to be placed on our companies SolarWinds Home Page. I have done some research and have located all the Hardware Sensors and the most important to me the Temperature sensors. How do I build a group on my SolarWinds homepage where I can have "Over Temp" nodes appear when they have exceeded the Max Temp threshold. Thanks for any suggestions or directions.
