False High Response Time

Question

Hi,

I am getting a false reading on "Nodes with High Response Time " and I noticed it goes back to normal when I disbale Symantc Antivirus on the polling engine. Ignoring folders listed below does not help.

C:\Program Files\SolarWinds, and C:\Inetpub\SolarWinds.

I am using:

Symantec Endpoint Protection
11.0.4000.2295

Am I missing something? Do I need to ignore any other processes, application or folders?

I'm also getting hit with false High Response Times, running the same version of Symantec Endpoint.

Did you ever get an answer for this?
