Here is something new, that I had not seen prior to the latest (8.5) release.
When we add new customers systems to Orion we import a lot of data from Excel spreadsheets. Thing like Customer address, city, state etc. I have been doing this for over the last couple of years with no problems. Sincee the new release a problem has cropped up that is extremely annoying though not show stopping. When I import the data from Excel most of it imports with no problems whatsoever, except for the column that has the customer address in it. Orion refuses to import this data. It gives up an error stating "Paste error: Data too big or wrong type for customer property." The data being imported is standard text, and it is set as text in Excel. This has always worked in the past but since the new version this error has shown up everytime and only in this one column.
Has anyone else seen this or does anyone have an idea that would fix the problem?
