I'm doing a bunch of heatmaps and I have one (2504 Cisco WLC) that there are no Access Points listed under the controller. The controller looks like every other one we have based on the adding of it to Solarwinds. Does anyone know why the thin clients wouldn't show up within Network Atlas? When selecting the node within Solarwinds (HOME > Summary) it does show all the APs listed under thin clients. I've searched the forum but I don't see any specific similar issues mentioned.
