Custom HTML on Map page ?

I would like to add a column on the bottom of my Map pages.

 

Be default, the map lists the names of the devices on the map, the type of device, and its status.  I would like to add a column with that corresponds to the device's IP address.

Could someone please help me add that code ?  (I'm assuming that it's on the MapView.asp page)
