The NPM Askme for Customer ID Again after a crash

I was adding nodes to my npm, and the console crash because of a halt in the database server.
After that, i tried to run the npm again but the solarwinds Software license key Screen appears.
I tried to enter my key but this error appears "that software license key is for a different computer/software package combination"
