Universal Poller help please!!

I was doing universal poller to do temp in Fahrenheit. I applied the poller to the devices. It shows up on the webpage, but no data is filling out??!? When I was setting it up and did a test every router passed no problem. I did the web display and the place for it is there, but it says no data.

What I was afraid of I had a newbie error... Didn't apply all needed pollers for it. I just had the math part and not the actual poller for the temp.

Oh and I have gone back a couple times and all the things I applied were gone..... Pretty frustrating.

All of our Universal Pollers are doing the same thing. In the Poller utility, they come up fine, test fine, but they don't throw any of the data to the web. I already have a ticket in with Solarwinds on this Case # 115180. Yet to hear anything from them.

Odd, what versions are you both on?

I'm running 9.5 SP4 on one of the systems and NPM 9.5 SP3 on our deployed servers. Both are showing the same issues.
